UCL (University College London) is London's leading multidisciplinary university currently ranked joint 7th in the QS World University Rankings. Established in 1826 UCL opened up education in England for the first time to students of any race, class or religion and was also the first university to welcome female students on equal terms with men. Today UCL is made up of remarkable people: eminent professors and exceptional students. Academic excellence and conducting research that addresses real-world problems inform our ethos to this day.
