Incepted in 2015, OWC Ventures is a private equity firm that invests in multiple sectors and is a Multi-State Operator (MSO) within the Cannabis (Hemp and Marijuana) industry. OWC’s core focus is within the manufacturing, processing and extraction sector. OWC’s investment team has over 50 years of investment and business experience. OWC typically invests $500k to $10 million of equity capital in companies that are at the seed or early stage investment level, with the goal of maximizing the return on invested capital.

OWC’s substantial industry expertise and investing experience enable it to develop successful strategies; its relationships and team help achieve them. Nearly all of OWC’s investments have been owned by founders or entrepreneurs seeking a collaborative institutional partner to provide the financial and operational resources to grow their businesses and execute on a successful strategic plan.
