Michael Moritz

At the Treuhandanstalt (German state industry holding and privatisation agency) in Berlin he worked on reorganisation and privatisation of medium-sized investments. As a Corporate Finance Consultant at Doertenbach & Co. GmbH, Frankfurt, he primarily advised medium-sized enterprises and their owners in strategic acquisitions or sales. He has been nominated as a member of the Advisory Board for the KfW-Group and is a Member of the Board of the association of family-owned businesses (ASU).
