In order to achieve this, Lavni works with a two-step approach:

1. Lavni’s investment partners and founders invest in rigorously selected for-profit startups with exciting technology addressing the market innovatively under a typical 2% management fee, 20% share of profits (carry) Venture Capital model

2. Along with the investment partners’ contributions, the 20% carry builds the Lavni corpus to pursue its core vision of investing in sustainable social impact opportunities.
