Integrity Capital Partners (“ICP”) is a diversified private equity platform focused on making investments in both China and overseas developed markets. The firm was founded in 2015 by the former China team of a multi-billion dollar global private equity asset manager. As of 31st August 2019, ICP oversees ~RMB 7 billion of cumulative capital commitments.
