Our Process 1 Initial Screening If your opportunity fits our criteria we will schedule a quick call to learn more. If it does not, we will let you know immediately. 2 The Live Pitch If we are interested, we will invite you to meet our team. After we meet, expect a response within 48 hours on whether we are investing. 3 Term Sheet If your company has a successful live pitch, we will start negotiations on a term sheet with you to outline the key deal terms. 4 Due Diligence/Closing After we've agreed on the terms, we will spend time validating your business plan and our investment in your company.
