Gauge Capital is a private equity firm that partners with owners, managers and equity stakeholders of successful middle-market companies to maximize their potential. (4) providing sufficient capital to achieve the company’s vision.

Gauge invests in high-potential businesses in the United States and Canada with $5-50 million in EBITDA. Typical transactions include management buy-outs, recapitalizations, divestitures, consolidation, and growth investments.
