ESO Capital Group, founded in 2006, is a European special situations investment management group focused on privately-originated, off-the-run situations backed by the assets of European small and medium enterprises (SMEs), financial assets and real estate.

ESO offers financing solutions, debt and/or equity, to European SMEs. We invest across the capital structure at a target deal size of €5 to 40 million with a typical investment horizon of 2 to 4 years.
