Enterprise Investors is the oldest and one of the largest private equity firms in Central and Eastern Europe. Active since 1990, the firm has raised nine funds with total capital exceeding EUR 2.5 billion. These funds have invested EUR 2 billion in 147 companies across a range of sectors and exited 135 companies with total gross proceeds of EUR 4.2 billion. The firm has completed 35 IPOs of portfolio companies on the stock exchanges in Warsaw (WSE), Prague (PSE), Vilnius (Nasdaq) and New York (NYSE). Enterprise Investors’ deal team numbers almost 40 investment professionals, who operate through six offices located in Warsaw, Bratislava, Bucharest, Prague, Zagreb and New York.
