Cohesive Capital Partners is a private equity co-investment firm that makes direct investments alongside high quality private equity firms that are seeking additional capital in a transaction.

Cohesive has a very open and collaborative culture. We believe that private equity is a ‘team sport’ and the name ‘Cohesive’ was specifically chosen to reflect that mentality. We are currently investing out of our third fund, Cohesive Capital Partners III, a 2019 vintage fund with $385 million in committed capital.
